yo! I haven't posted in a while, still pretty busy >< I might pivot from an art gallery to work more on the ideas I have for my shrines, I think I wanna see that section through to semi-completion before I pick up something new- I don't like having so much half-finished stuff scattered around in here

I've also picked up a new interest since the last time I updated this, a friend of mine got me into transformers! ^^ It's been on my radar for a few months, at least since TFOne came out last year, but the mental stars didn't align until now, huh. The good thing about getting into old franchises like this is that there's *so* much stuff to sift through! I'm personally starting with the MTMTE comics, the Lost Light arc was the plot I saw the most of before getting into TF more. I love the style of the IDW comics, but I'm having trouble finding all the issues I wanna read :( I did find a really neat dub of whole issues on YT though, Team Trainwreck has some great voice interpretations for the cast! Scottish Skids wasn't something I'd thought about before but he's totally grown on me ^^

I know I've gotten in deep with an interest if it gets to the point where I'm drawing fanart, but I've never gotten into something and made an oc for it within such a short time gap ':D I made a guy named Flashdrive, they're a mishmash between a 70's Cadillac Coupe deVille and an Oldsmobile Cutlass, lmao. Maybe I'll post more about them and other ocs in the future?

Hi again, it's been a little bit! I wish i had more time to work on my site, but I've been busy with work ':P

One of the biggest things on my to-do list is finally updating my art gallery here! I've seen other sites categorize their pages by year, which is something I want to do if I find enough stuff I want to upload. I finally got a base working that opens image previews within the same window TuT (thanks W3Schools)

GAAAAHHH I've gotta rewatch Mob Psycho again this year!! I was browsing online and I remembered how good it is... And I haven't even read the manga, I feel like a poser, haha - I think it would be a nice watch to start the year off with, hopefully it'll set a good tone for the rest of 2025 ':D

There's so many mangas I wanna read this year, my list is starting to get crazy long... I guess I can start by picking three and working my way through them? And then anime's a whole other can of worms. I don't watch anime nearly as much as I used to when I was younger, but it could be something fun to get back into!

There's a couple long-standing favorites of mine that I'd actually think about getting physically! They'd have to be something that I would reread over and over, but I think they fit the bill. Every couple months I get the urge to reread Dorohedoro, and Dungeon Meshi is so well-executed that having it physically seems like a no-brainer (though it'll have to be something I do in the future, manga's so expensive...)

I've gotta watch a playthrough of Hylics 2 again... I remember getting into it a couple years ago but not finishing it all the way. It's a really cool game, even if it's kind of overwhelming visually! I've been listening to the soundtrack a lot lately and the music's just as good as I remember :')

I also found out today that season 2 of Dorohedoro is confirmed to come out this year!! SO HYPED

Finally got around to listening to Doechii's tiny desk concert tonight and my soul has left my body... The jazz instrumental... the trumpets... the guitar... everyone just looks like they're having the time of their lives!! I'll definitely be saving catfish, denial, and nissan altima for later - I've got a bunch of other songs queued up to check out too:

I need to look around for some new teas to try...
